What one should do before going sleep

"We should every night call ourselves to an account: What infirmity have I mastered today? What passions opposed! What temptation resisted? What virtue acquired?"
-- Marcus Annaeus Seneca

Comment: it is important to reflect. See, we can’t go on like this. We have to account for all we do anyway. So better clear the debits now itself before it gets accumulated. Close and constant self observation will save us from bitter and devastating end results. Beware ever second. Beware every night. Dear life is not that easy deal as we are made to believe. It’s serious. But don’t lose sleep over it. Ok.
